Working on the principle of being open to suggestions, we aim for system that can respond to our customers' needs. On the technological side, by means of the use of the latest equipment, we mainatain superb quality levels in all stages of the production process, from design and production planning to print processing and dispatch. In the future we intend to carry out further reserch and accumulate more knowleadge about paper and cardboard, building the foundations of a network and distribution system and developing as a general packaging consultancy.

Form materials to distribution

Planning and suggestions Packagers and packaging managers carry out analysis and suggest the most suitable form and material for the package. They will solve all packaging-related problems. As we have an in-house design department, planning proposals are made in collaboration with the sales and manufacturing departments. We continuously seek new possibilities for cardboard materials. Design We are equipped with cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology, so we can accurately design complicated shapes without any difficult. Corrugating Our equipment has high production capacitymore than 10,000m per hour. It can deal with sheets up to 1.8m wide and can produce A,B and AB cardboard. Print processing We are equipped with 8 print processing machines, 4 die-cutting machines (flatbed) , NC slotters and 2PC gluing machines. We also habe a speedy , efficient production system that can handle both large-scale and limited-scale production of a wide variety of goods.

Quality testing
Defective packaging detracts from the image of a product. In compliance with ISO9000 regulations, we are doing our utmost to ensure that no defective products are shipped form our factory.

Dispatch
In order to keep such additonal costs as distribution fees to a minimum, we have established our own distribution system. We want to deliver our products safely, cheaply and in a manner that ressures our customers. Our concern extends over the complete process, from inityal planning, through to distribution.
